How do I make a return?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of merchandise on unopened music. For all other return queries please email store@glacialpace.com

If I order a Pre-Order item and items that are available now, when will my order ship?

Your order will ship complete when the pre-order item is available. If you'd like to get some items now and also the pre-order item, you'll need to place separate orders.
Return Policy: Glacial Pace Recordings accepts returns on unopened music. Unfortunately we cannot return opened LP's and CD's. Credits are issued upon receipt of the item in question.
